		<description>I&#039;ve known of this for a while and although this solution works it also casues a usability issue and that is when a user increase the text size the text will become partially hidden, in this case the footer. However, more and more browers are starting to implement page zoom rather than text zoom so this issue can be overlook but it&#039;s just something to be aware of.</description>
