Hiring: New Business Director / Account Representative

OH! Media requires a confident, entrepreneurial professional interested in becoming a member of our sales team. This individual would be responsible for developing new business by generating new leads, cultivating opportunities through networking and relationship building, and identifying additional opportunities within our existing client base.

The successful candidate would have two primary objectives:

  • Increase revenue from existing clients
  • Generate revenue from new opportunities and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Help define marketing strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate partners
  • Work to further establish the OH! Media brand to increase traffic of the website
  • Launch and direct marketing campaigns (E-mails, newsletters, questionnaires, social networking campaigns)
  • Routinely follow up with existing accounts to ensure that their needs are taken care of
  • Actively participate in industry (community) activities and tradeshows where required
  • Strategic thinking, able to provide inventive, but measurable online sales and marketing solutions
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, focused on results
  • Detail-oriented, assertive self starter
  • Demonstrated ability to gather competitive intelligence and identify opportunities for market development

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills; charismatic; good communication skills; team player
  • Adequate understanding of internet and other technologies
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate OH! Media’s product and service offerings
  • Strategic thinking, able to provide inventive, but measurable online sales and marketing solutions
  • Proficient in writing proposals and service contracts
  • Minimum of 2 years of solid sales and/or marketing experience.  IT sales professionals will be given preference.
